Joss Martinez
CAPTAIN & FOUNDER
The ocean has always been where Joss feels most at home. As a licensed Master 200T Captain with 30 years of maritime experience, he brings deep knowledge and steady leadership to every voyage. He believes the ocean offers a peaceful, meaningful setting for families to say goodbye. Through Ocean Memorial LA, he is honored to help create a personal farewell surrounded by the calm and beauty of the sea.
Yazandra Martinez
Deckhand & Stewardess
Yazandra has a lifelong love of the ocean and a background in hospitality and event planning. She is dedicated to helping every guest feel cared for and at ease, attending to the details so families can focus on their time together.
Dennis Sullies
Captain
Dennis is a licensed Master 50T Captain with over 15 years of experience. He is committed to creating safe, respectful, and personalized memorials at sea, guiding each voyage with care and professionalism.
Jaymini Dave
Deckhand & Stewardess
The ocean has always been where Jaymini feels most at home. As a licensed captain, underwater photographer, diver, marine mammal naturalist, and rescue volunteer, much of her life has been shaped by time spent on and beneath the sea. She believes there is something uniquely peaceful about the ocean—a place where grief and beauty can exist together. Through Ocean Memorial LA, she is honored to help families create a meaningful final farewell surrounded by the calm, openness, and timelessness of the sea.
